Boss Babe Networking was founded by Kristen Faith Sharpe during the height of the pandemic, born from a simple realization: the right story, told well, has the power to build community and drive real change. Years earlier, Kristen’s own decision to share her story publicly sparked a nonprofit dedicated to domestic violence awareness — leading to social media campaigns that reached over 200 million people and raised more than $1 million for survivors. Kristen’s work has since been featured by Sephora, Glamour, NowThis, People, and HuffPost, among others.

What began as a grassroots response to isolation has grown into an award-winning social media agency, recently named a Finalist for Social Impact Business of the Year. Today, that same belief in the power of story shapes every strategy we build for the small businesses and nonprofits we serve.
