More than a decade ago, Kristen Faith Sharpe, Founder of Boss Babe Networking (BBN), shared her story online — and it changed everything.

That moment sparked the creation of a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness for domestic violence and giving voice to millions. Through her nonprofit leadership, Kristen Faith built global social media campaigns reaching over 200 million people, raising over $1 million for survivors, and empowered thousands to reclaim their story.

From Sephora’s Stories of Belonging to Glamour Magazine’s Every Day Hero Award, Kristen’s work has been featured worldwide for helping women and girls rise above adversity.

During the height of the pandemic, Kristen Faith founded Boss Babe Networking (BBN) to meet the growing need for community.

What began as a grassroots response to isolation has evolved into an award-winning social media agency, recently named a Finalist for Social Impact Business of the Year.

Today, BBN helps purpose-driven businesses and nonprofits amplify their voice through storytelling-driven marketing that inspires, educates, and builds community.
