At Boss Babe Networking we believe that every young woman has the potential to become a leader, a boss, and a successful entrepreneur. We provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring environment where young women can learn, grow, and thrive.
Our program is designed to help young women develop essential life skills such as communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and community building. We also focus on building self-confidence, empowering young women to believe in themselves and their abilities.

Meet the Program Director.
Kristen Faith is a powerhouse entrepreneur, an American Red Cross Humanitarian Award Winner, Motivational Speaker, and the Chief Executive Boss Babe of Boss Babe Networking.
For more than a decade, millions have been inspired by her strength, resilience, and groundbreaking initiatives to create social change online. Kristen Faith is the proud founder and visionary of four reputable brands and nonprofits that include Break the Silence Against Domestic Violence, The Nonprofit Makeover, Boss Babe Networking, and The Greatest Game Ever. Kristen’s passion is to inspire others to share their story has done so on many national speaking tours for audiences up to 100,000 people.
Kristen’s dedication to her community presented her the opportunity to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award by President Barack Obama. Kristen Faith is known for her work in redefining the nonprofit industry after creating sustainable fundraising methods and marketing strategies to reach a vast donor network online before and during the pandemic — on autopilot. Kristen’s influence and passion for domestic violence advocacy helped millions of men and women leave abusive relationships. Her vision helped bridged the gap in services between traditional therapeutic programming and holistic support. She has worked with countless celebrities and inspired many businesses and brands to adopt Human Resource policies to assist victims in the workplace. She’s been featured on Yahoo!, HuffPost, Glamour, ESPN, Money, Bustle, and dozens of other media outlets as an expert in social justice advocacy.
