About the Program:

The Boss Babe Academy is a week-long leadership experience designed to equip middle and high school girls with the skills and confidence to create positive change.

Hosted in Colorado Springs, the program blends personal development, entrepreneurship, and mental-health awareness in a fun and supportive environment.

Since launching, we’ve seen incredible growth. In 2025, we welcomed participants from Colorado, California, Texas, and New Mexico, making this the first year our Academy reached girls from across the nation.

  • DAY 1: CONFIDENCE BUILDING

Our Scholars, ages 11–18, will be surrounded by powerhouse female leaders from across the region, including influential voices in business, education, wellness, and media. These women aren’t just speaking—they’re pouring into our girls, mentoring and guiding them through transformational conversations and hands-on activities.

  • DAY 2: BOSS BABES IN BUSINESS

Get ready to learn from the best. On Day 2, our Scholars will step fully into Boss Babe Mode as they connect with some of Colorado’s most successful female CEOs, entrepreneurs, and women in business.

From seasoned leaders to rising innovators, these women will share real, unfiltered stories of growth, grit, and getting it done. Through powerful conversations and interactive sessions, students will gain insights on leadership, personal branding, networking, and what it truly means to grow as a young woman navigating today’s world.

This is where confidence meets strategy, and where inspiration turns into action.

  • DAY 3: MENTAL HEALTH IS WEALTH

The teenage years are a powerful time of growth—and sometimes, growing pains. Mental Health is Wealth Day is all about creating a safe, uplifting space where girls can explore their emotions, talk about real struggles, and learn how to take care of their minds and hearts.

Through open discussions, interactive workshops, and intentional reflection, Scholars will gain tools to handle stress, build emotional resilience, and recognize the power of prioritizing their mental wellness.

Because true confidence starts from within—and protecting your peace is one of the most powerful things a Boss Babe can do.

  • DAY 4: EXPRESS YOURSELF & GRADUATION

At Boss Babe Academy, we believe that self-expression is more than creativity—it’s power. In a world that celebrates individuality, the ability to communicate who you are and what you believe in is a skill that opens doors.

“Express Yourself” Day is all about helping our Scholars discover their authentic voice, embrace their uniqueness, and share their story with confidence.

We’ll close the day with a special graduation ceremony—a celebration of growth, sisterhood, and stepping into the next chapter with confidence.

Because when a girl knows who she is and isn’t afraid to show it—there’s no limit to what she can do.
