Boss Babe Academy
A National Leadership Program for Middle & High School Girls
About the Program:
The Boss Babe Academy is a week-long leadership experience designed to equip middle and high school girls with the skills and confidence to create positive change.
Hosted in Colorado Springs, the program blends personal development, entrepreneurship, and mental-health awareness in a fun and supportive environment.
Since launching, we’ve seen incredible growth. In 2025, we welcomed participants from Colorado, California, Texas, and New Mexico, making this the first year our Academy reached girls from across the nation.
Program Highlights:
Confidence & Leadership Workshops — Learn how to use your voice and step into leadership with courage.
Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy — Explore what it means to build, brand, and sustain a business.
Mental Health & Self-Care Day — Prioritize emotional wellness and healthy coping strategies.
Creative Expression & Graduation Showcase — Celebrate growth and individuality through art, storytelling, and performance.
Mentorship from Women Leaders — Gain insight from entrepreneurs, educators, and community change-makers.
Sisterhood & Community — Build a sisterhood that lasts far beyond the Academy week.
